Spiritual Algorithms: Law of Resonance – Harnessing the Power of Your Frequency

In the fourth part of the "Spiritual Algorithms" series, we dive into the Law of Resonance, a principle that states we attract what we vibrate with. Similar to the Law of Attraction, the Law of Resonance teaches us that we align with the energies, experiences, and people that resonate with our current vibration. Simply put, the universe doesn’t give you what you want; it gives you what you are.

While it’s possible to intentionally seek out experiences or people of lower vibration to understand contrast or duality, generally, we’re drawn to what aligns with our frequency. This is like tuning forks: when two are in harmony, their frequencies amplify each other. Similarly, when we align with a certain energy, we attract situations and individuals that share that same frequency.

Understanding the Law of Resonance is about energy management. It’s important to step back and assess what energy you’re putting out into the world. Are you vibrating at a frequency of positivity, abundance, and love? Or are you stuck in negativity, lack, or uncertainty? The energy you put out is what you attract, and by intentionally shifting your vibration, you can begin to match with the life and situations you truly desire.

Take a moment to check in with yourself. What are you resonating with? If you’re not seeing the experiences you want, it might be time to adjust your vibration. By slowly shifting what you put out, you’ll begin to resonate with more of what you truly want.
