If you are unsure where to start but just feel like you need some healing, I suggest Reiki as it’s a gentle introduction to Energy Healing and working with me.

Each Reiki session includes light therapy, sound healing (tuning fork & Himalayan singing bowls), and the Reiki (energy) work. You can purchase an additional 30 minutes of sound healing with the crystal bowls and extra light therapy for an additional fee ($30). See the links below for more details.
