This week, I am excited to introduce my next guest, Chris, the founder of @theskybeckons Chris is a spiritual fitness coach, energy healer, and hacker who guides people on their healing journey to practice self-love, connect with their inner child and identify their life purpose through energy healing, coaching, education, and accountability.
Chris has a long list of metaphysical and spiritual offers as a coach and healer, and he starts off the episode talking about his journey of developing his practice and how it’s evolved over time. Then Chris goes into sharing about his healing journey including hitting rock bottom while in the military, what led him into energy work/reiki, how his healing improved his personal life and relationships, and how planet medicine helped him heal deep wounding from his childhood. We also talk about the reiki session Chris held for me and how it helped me become more aware of the blockages that I am healing through sharing my voice on this podcast.
